Expanded Women’s Health Program –
Board Certified in Radiology. Special Focus on Cardiovascular Interventional, MRI Contrast Agents, and MR Spectroscopy. He earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois and completed both his residency and fellowship at UCLA where he also held a faculty position until recently. Dr. Marumoto earned his PhD designing MRI contrast agents under the direction of Dr. Paul Lauterbur, recipient of the 2003 Nobel Prize in Psychology and Medicine for developing magnetic resonance imaging. His board certifications include: Diagnostic Radiology, American Board of Radiology, Clinical Professor, UCLA – Department of Radiology. He also is a member of several societies which include: Radiological Society of North America, International Society of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine, Los Angeles Radiological Society, Society for Molecular Imaging, University of Illinois College of Medicine Board.
Board Certified in Radiology. Special Focus on Musculoskeletal MRI, Neuroradiology. He earned his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and his fellowship at University of Tennessee and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in Neurological, Musculoskeletal and Body MRI. Dr. Preston also completed a surgical internship at North Shore University Hospital. His board certifications include: American Board of Radiology, National Board of Medical Examiners.
