Mental Health Services

We can help
L3HFMC offers behavioral and mental health support to adults and children age 13 and older. We have a Psychiatrist that is double board certified in Neurology and Psychiatry and a Counselor/Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) on staff who are ready to assist you with life’s challenges.

EAP Benefits Reminder: The EAP program from Curalinc offers free visits with the Social Worker. To receive the benefit, prior to the first appointment, the patient/guardian must contact Curalinc at 888-903-0648 to request the authorization.

The help you deserve, the privacy you expect
The things that you discuss with your counselor are subject to strict confidentiality and privacy. Many people seek help from a counselor because they are in the middle of a crisis, are transitioning and need help adjusting, feel stuck in a bad situation or just need assistance making a big decision.  Whatever your need, we’re here to help.

Individualized Care
Talking to a counselor is a great way to assess your thoughts and feelings. It is not a quick cure for your problems, however, it can help you to make changes that improve your quality of life. Some common reasons that patients are referred for mental health support are:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Medication adjustments
  • Stress
  • Eating disorders
  • Unanticipated life events
  • Career Issues
  • Grief counseling
  • Medical conditions

Please note.  In order to use the Psychiatrist services you must be an established patient at L3Harris Family Medical Center and have an initial visit with the counselor, this does not apply to the counseling services.
