Who Has Access?

All employees and their immediate family members (i.e. spouse/domestic partner and/or children) will have access to the center, regardless of whether they are enrolled in the company’s medical coverage. In addition, the following extended family members of employees also have access:

  • Adult children no longer eligible for their parents’ healthcare coverage (i.e., over the age of 26)
  • Parents (including in-laws and stepparents)
  • Parents (including in-laws and stepparents)
  • Grandparents
  • Grandchildren
  • Aunts/Uncles
  • Nieces/Nephews
  • Cousins
  • Siblings
 

Employees will need to complete an affidavit and email it to L3HFMC@mttcorp.com (the third party who manages the center) from your L3Harris email. You can then direct your family member to call the center to schedule their appointment (321-726-1600) or use the pharmacy (321-726-1614).

You may use L3HFMC for urgent care and pharmacy services whether or not you have a L3HFMC physician listed as your Primary Care Physician (PCP). However, the lab, diabetes educator, mental health counselors and after-hours physician access are limited to those patients who have chosen a L3HFMC physician for their PCP.
