L3HFMC Pharmacy is a full-service pharmacy available exclusively to L3HFMC employees and family members. As your pharmacy of choice, our pharmacists and pharmacy staff are here to see to all your prescription medication needs. From critical medication consultations to seeking out money-saving co-pay assistance coupons, our pharmacy is committed to giving each and every one of our patients the best possible service available with a personal touch!
At L3HFMC Pharmacy, we strive to make your medication experience as quick and easy as possible. Wait times for prescriptions are typically less than 15 minutes, and phone calls are always answered quickly and efficiently. We accept most drug insurance plans and are diligent in our efforts to help our patients find and sign up for invaluable co-pay assistance coupons that directly reduce the amount you pay for your medications. In 2020 alone, we helped our patients save more than $424,000 through the use of these coupons!
You can utilize the Pharmacy even if you are not an L3HFMC patient.
L3HFMC Pharmacy also sells a variety of Over-the-Counter items at discounted pricing such as vitamins & supplements, cough, cold, and allergy medications, first aid products, pain relief, probiotics and much more. We are proud to offer Solgar® Vitamins and Supplements and ZO® Skin Health.
Since opening in 1997, the L3HFMC Pharmacy has undergone significant growth in order to continue to provide our patients with excellent service. Along with extensive aesthetic renovations, one of our newest features for your convenience is our drive-thru, where patients can quickly and safely pick up their prescriptions from the comfort of their own car.

If ordering via fax or e-mail, original prescriptions must be brought in to the Pharmacy to receive medication. If you have no more refills available, please allow sufficient time for us to obtain approval from your physician.
*Pharmacy benefits – other than certain preventative drugs – are not payable under the THP and HDHP until the deductible is met.
Pharmacy Director
Teresa received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University College of Pharmacy. She joined the L3Harris Family Medical Center Pharmacy in 2021 as a staff pharmacist and currently serves as the Pharmacy Director. She believes pharmacists are one of the most accessible healthcare providers. In her spare time, you will find her at Disney with her family, traveling, and volunteering as a Girl Scout Leader.

Paul grew up in Miami, Florida, and has been a pharmacist since 1989. Paul and the staff like to consider himself as the “Old Guard” of the pharmacy, having been working with L3HFMC Pharmacy since 1999. His interests include scuba diving, photography, and trying (with questionable success) to learn to play guitar.

Barbara received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Florida College of Pharmacy. She joined the L3Harris Family Medical Center Pharmacy in 2023 as a staff pharmacist. She believes that collaborative care between doctors and pharmacists are the key to improved medical outcomes for her patients. In her spare time, she enjoys working with The American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, advocating for her profession and spending time with family and friends

Ashley received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. She started with the L3HFMC pharmacy in 2009 as a pharmacy intern, and later returned as a part-time pharmacist in 2019. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, watching her son play baseball, and cheering for her daughter’s competitive dance team.
