L3HFMC Urgent Care

You can visit L3HFMC Urgent Care for the treatment of illnesses and minor injuries, or for other things like, flu shots, physicals, Covid vaccines, lab testing, digital x-rays,and more. L3HFMC accepts minor emergencies (e.g. sprains, strains, lacerations, nausea, fever, earaches and minor injuries) on a walk-in basis during office hours with the first available physician. 

You may use L3HFMC for urgent care and pharmacy services whether or not you have a L3HFMC physician listed as your Primary Care Physician (PCP). However, the lab, diabetes educator, mental health counselors and after-hours physician access are limited to those patients who have chosen a L3HFMC physician for their PCP.

After-Hours Urgent Care:

A staff physician is on-call to handle urgent situations outside normal business hours for L3HFMC patients by calling (321) 726-1600. For non-urgent issues, such as, prescription refills or lab/imaging result inquiries, please log on to the L3HFMC patient portal to leave a message that will be answered the next business day.

Family medical urgent care services

You may use L3HFMC’s Patient Portal to contact your PCP doctor for follow-up questions, status reports and/or updates on your condition. For new or complicated issues, please schedule an appointment to see your doctor. Your illness will not be diagnosed or treated via e-mail.
